Administration
Mr. Jeff Bryant
I am incredibly proud to be serving the Jefferson school community as principal!
I began my journey with West Aurora School District 129 as a seventh grade social studies teacher, where I developed a passion for guiding young minds through critical thinking and historical analysis. Later, I transitioned to the role of student services specialist, focusing on student support and engagement. My dedication to educational excellence then led me to the position of assistant principal for teaching and learning, where I worked closely with staff to enhance instructional practices and promote academic achievement.
Beyond my professional life, I am a devoted family man. My wife and I are blessed with three wonderful children: Nolan, Cora, and Jonah.
I am excited to continue my work at Jefferson, committed to fostering a nurturing and dynamic learning environment for our students.

As the assistant principal for teaching and learning, I am enthusiastic about the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead!
I started my educational career as a learning behavioral specialist at Nicholson Elementary School. I have also worked as dean of students at West Aurora High School and assistant principal at Freeman Elementary School.
On a personal note, I have been married for over two decades to my husband Chris. We have three children: Brittany, Brandon, and Matthew. We enjoy hiking and getting the opportunity to visit new places.
I am committed to supporting our students and staff in achieving their highest potential.
