FALL 2025 Parent-Teacher ConferenceS

We are looking forward to partnering with you during our upcoming Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences, which will take place the week of October 6, 2025. These conferences provide an important opportunity for parents and guardians to connect with teachers, discuss their child’s academic progress, and collaborate on strategies to support student success. Elementary P-T Conference Information

Dates:

Tuesday, October 7, 2025
Thursday, October 9, 2025
Friday, October 10, 2025

Format: All elementary conferences will be held in person.

Registration Process: Families will receive details from their child’s school about how to sign up for a conference and how to request an interpreter. Unlike secondary schools, elementary parent-teacher conferences will not be scheduled through PowerPTC.

Translation Services:

Available only on Tuesday, October 7, or Friday, October 10.
Not available on Thursday, October 9.
Please submit interpreter requests in advance through your child’s school.

Secondary P-T Conference Registration Information

Monday, September 22nd: To ensure access for all families, your child’s school will begin reaching out on Monday, September 22, via our new two-way communication platform (text and email) to offer interpretation services for those who need them.
Monday, September 29th: Registration will open for all families using PowerPTC. Assistance can be found through the resources linked below. An email will be sent with similar information.
Monday, October 6 & Friday, October 10: Middle School conferences. Interpretation services will be available for families who arranged them in advance. Conference format and times vary by building.
Thursday, October 9 & Friday, October 10: West Aurora High School and Blackhawk Academy conferences. Interpretation services will be available for families who arranged them in advance. Conference format and times vary by building.
